antique dining room or accent chair purchased on-line at a Fine Arts and Estate auction last year. When received, it failed to match the existing 5 dining room chairs. It is in good condition for it's age, very sturdy, with no wobble, weak sections, or loose joints. There are age-related stress markings in the wood, which I have photographed.
The previous owner had it professionally re-upholstered before selling, and the seat is firm and in like-new condition.
Very clean, pet-free, smoke-free, home.
