PS3 console plus games and registered protection - $180 in Barrie, Ontario for sale

I have a PS3 that has been barely used. It has 320gb storage, all the cords and one controller. Included are the following games: Uncharted 1,2, and 3; Just Cause 2, Infamous 2, and Inverted. I have never had a problem with the console, but I had it registered for a protection plan with Best Buy any way that expires in 2015. Proof will be provided for protection plan. I also have the box if you want. Because of the games and the protection plan, I am asking 180 cash OBO. Can't travel, need to be able to come to me.
