12 feet long. Boat folds up to 4 inches wide by18 inches high by 12 feet long. Weight: abou 70 lbs. Can be assembled and handled by 1 person in about 15 minutes or less. Has 3 seats and is very stable. I have had it out on Lake Temagami with no problems. Comes with 2 oars, (like new) I have only used it a few times . The outfit looks like it came from the factory.
