ROYAL TEA CHINA - $225 in Barrie, Ontario for sale

have for sale a lovely set of Royal Albert China, in the Yellow Tea Rose Design. This is a 1940s design from Royal Albert.
Included are:.
4 Bread as well as Butter Plates 5" Wide.
4 Treat Plates 7" Wide.
4 Tea Mugs and Dishes - Mugs are the Fluted Countess Form 3" high.
Dishes are 5 1/2" Wide.
Lotion and also Sugar with tray, open sugar dish is 2" higher x 3" broad on top, creamer is 3" high.
1 - Handled Cake Plate - 10" Wide.
All items are in excellent health condition, no chips, cracks or crazing.

I will also include a tea pot which is not in best shape along with an added saucer.

I'm scaling down & just do not have room to store it.
